In what could end up as an AFC championship game preview in Week 1, our Ravens vs. Bills parlay picks and predictions weigh in on the rushing yardage expectations for both Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson in a Sunday Night Football game featuring two defenses that defend the QB run successfully.
As part of our NFL predictions for Week 1, I’m also including a plus-money prop on Derrick Henry in our SNF parlay. The Ravens are a 1-point betting favorite as Sunday’s game kicks off at 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC) from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y.
Our NFL picks for this matchup combine for a three-leg parlay with odds of +703 from FanDuel.

💰 Best Sunday Night Football SGP bets
Here are my favorite Ravens vs. Bills picks based on the best Sunday Night Football odds for the full parlay.
🚀 Derrick Henry Over 1.5 receptions (+186) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I know it’s not his calling card, but there’s genuinely no rhyme or reason why Derrick Henry shouldn’t see targets in the screen passing game given his ability to rumble once he gets a head of steam.
This is particularly notable against a Bills defensive scheme that was generous to opposing running backs through the air last season, permitting 92 receptions to the position (second-most in NFL).
Henry is seeing significant plus-money odds on Over 1.5 receptions across all of our best sports betting sites, so we love this pick anchoring the SGP.
🚀 Josh Allen Under 31.5 rushing yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Josh Allen is one of the most explosive running quarterbacks in the NFL, but he didn’t have much success on the ground against the Ravens last season.
In two games against Baltimore in 2024, including a playoff matchup, Allen didn’t exceed 21 rushing yards in either affair. It wasn’t just Allen whose rushing prowess was shut down by Baltimore, either, as the Ravens allowed the sixth-fewest rushing yards to opposing quarterbacks a season ago.
🚀 Lamar Jackson Over 46.5 rushing yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Though the Bills' defense had a good track record against mobile quarterbacks last season, too, Lamar Jackson did have some moderate success on the ground against Buffalo.
Jackson cleared 46.5 rushing yards in one of his two games against the Bills, accruing 39 in the other matchup. Overall, Jackson scampered for 46 or more yards 12 times last season. His explosive ability to rack up yardage on the ground in chunks could be on display Sunday night.

❓NFL parlay betting FAQs
What is a parlay bet in the NFL?
A parlay combines multiple bets (spreads, totals, props, or moneylines) into one wager, with all selections needing to win for the bet to cash. Parlays are popular in the NFL betting because they offer bigger payouts.
How do NFL parlay odds work?
Parlay odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each individual selection, which increases both the potential payout and the risk. The more legs you add, the higher the reward but the lower the probability of winning.
Are parlays a smart betting strategy for the NFL?
Parlays can be fun for chasing large payouts but are harder to win consistently. Many sharp bettors prefer single-game wagers, but NFL parlay bets can add excitement when used responsibly.
