Best ATS pick: Ravens -1 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Here's what our NFL expert Mike Spector wrote this week on why he's betting the Ravens to win this rematch tonight after last year's playoff loss to the Bills:

"The Ravens are the most balanced squad in the league. Baltimore is coming off a season when it was the first team in the Super Bowl era with 30-plus passing touchdowns and 30-plus rushing touchdowns.

Baltimore’s improvements defensively toward the end of last season have led to me backing the team confidently this week. The Ravens led the NFL in defensive efficiency over the final eight weeks of the regular season, allowing an NFL-low 15.4 points per game and 4.4 yards per play. Baltimore also fielded a stout run defense all campaign, allowing an NFL-low 3.6 yards per rush.

The Ravens may be the only club leaguewide that can make Buffalo truly one-dimensional. They've also put together perhaps the only defense that can consistently pressure the reigning MVP. Allen was sacked the fewest times (14) among quarterbacks who made at least 12 starts last year, but Baltimore’s 54 sacks were the second-most in the NFL."

Spector dives more into why he's backing the Ravens, along with his favorite touchdown scorer bet, in his Ravens vs. Bills prediction.

Best player prop pick: Justice Hill Under 2.5 receptions ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Here's why our NFL expert Shane Jackson is fading Ravens running back Justice Hill as a pass-catcher in tonight's matchup in Buffalo:

"Thanks to his ability as a pass-blocker, Justice Hill established himself as Baltimore’s third-down back and was used in two-minute drill situations. This is a bet that the Ravens won’t be in many trailing situations, as well as Keaton Mitchell eating into Hill’s role due to better health this season.

Even in his role last year, Hill only cleared this receptions prop seven times during the regular season. He was held to two catches on as many targets against the Bills in last year’s playoff loss."

Jackson dives further into that bet and two Overs on former Pro Bowl stars in his best Ravens vs. Bills player prop bets.

Best touchdown scorer prediction: James Cook to score anytime TD ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Here's why Shane Jackson is betting on Bills running back James Cook to score a touchdown against the Ravens after a tough scoring season last year:

"Buffalo running back James Cook is due for some touchdown regression this year, a trend that's caught the attention of every fantasy analyst. Cook led the league with 16 touchdowns last season, scoring in 13 of 17 games.

That said, this is a favorable matchup for Cook and Buffalo’s ground game. The Bills employ a six-man offensive line, creating running lanes against Baltimore’s defense. Buffalo ran for 147 yards and three touchdowns in last year’s playoff meeting."

Jackson is also targeting two Ravens pass-catchers at +200 and +250 in his best Ravens vs. Bills touchdown scorer predictions.

Best first touchdown scorer prediction: Derrick Henry to score first TD ⭐⭐⭐

Here's why our NFL expert Isaiah Sirois is betting on Ravens running back Derrick Henry to score the first touchdown on Sunday Night Football:

"It may sound boring to make Derrick Henry my first touchdown scorer prediction for Sunday’s Ravens vs. Bills game, but it’s the smart pick. Henry found pay dirt against the Bills in both of their meetings last year. He was also the focal point of Baltimore’s red-zone rushing attack in 2024 and tallied 55 carries inside the 20-yard line and 18 carries inside the 5-yard line.

Even if the Ravens can’t get it near the goal line for a layup Henry touchdown, the veteran running back reminded us all that he wasn’t washed up last season with a 199-yard game against Buffalo. Henry scored the game’s first touchdown on Baltimore’s first offensive play with an 87-yard rushing touchdown in that contest."

Sirois also breaks down his favorite Bills bet and long shot in his first touchdown scorer predictions.
