💰 Best Ravens vs. Bills first touchdown scorer bets
Here are my favorite Ravens vs. Bills first touchdown scorer picks for Sunday Night Football.
🐦⬛ Ravens first touchdown scorer prediction: Derrick Henry, RB (+550) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It may sound boring to make Derrick Henry my first touchdown scorer prediction for Sunday’s Ravens vs. Bills game, but it’s the smart pick. Henry found pay dirt against the Bills in both of their meetings last year. He was also the focal point of Baltimore’s red-zone rushing attack in 2024 and tallied 55 carries inside the 20-yard line and 18 carries inside the 5-yard line.
Even if the Ravens can’t get it near the goal line for a layup Henry touchdown, the veteran running back reminded us all that he wasn’t washed up last season with a 199-yard game against Buffalo. Henry scored the game’s first touchdown on Baltimore’s first offensive play with an 87-yard rushing touchdown in that contest.
Back Henry to score the first touchdown of Baltimore’s 2025 campaign at +550 (15.4%) at BetMGM for a $55 profit on a $10 bet.
🦬 Bills first touchdown scorer prediction: Joshua Palmer, WR (+2500) ⭐⭐⭐

If the Bills strike first, don’t be surprised if it comes from a broken play or busted coverage. That could be beneficial for wide receiver Joshua Palmer. The Bills brought Palmer in from Los Angeles this offseason to improve their vertical passing game. He recorded an average depth of target of 15.2 last year, seventh-highest in the NFL. While he only scored a single touchdown, one wonders how much Greg Roman’s run-heavy scheme limited his upside.
Palmer can get open downfield, and Josh Allen has the arm strength to find him. Palmer may even see some meaningful red-zone volume, too. Allen never really found a go-to guy in the red zone last year, with four of his receivers recording between 10 and seven targets inside the opposing 20-yard line. One of those players, Mack Hollins, is gone – and Palmer fits neatly into a similar role. Hollins caught four red-zone touchdowns last year, the most of any Buffalo receiver.
The odds here are just too long. Lock Palmer in to score the first touchdown of Sunday Night Football at +2500 (3.9%) on DraftKings to score a $250 profit on a $10 bet. Get the most out of your Sunday Night Football picks with our DraftKings promo code for Ravens vs. Bills.
🎯 Best long shot to score first touchdown: LaJohntay Wester, WR/PR (+10000) ⭐⭐⭐
If you don’t know who LaJohntay Wester is, that’s understandable. Formerly a receiver and returner at FAU and Colorado, Wester tallied two punt return touchdowns, 31 receiving touchdowns, and two rushing touchdowns over a five-year collegiate career. He enters the 2025 season as Baltimore’s sixth option at wide receiver but its starter at punt returner.
Buffalo will trust new punter Brad Robbins, who last punted for the Cincinnati Bengals in 2023, to take over the starting job. Robbins averaged a pedestrian 40.1 net yards per punt that year, which ranked 26th among eligible players. Wester has the speed to take any punt to the house, and getting him at odds of +10000 (0.99%) to do so at FanDuel for a $1,000 profit on a $10 bet is a deal too good to pass up.
