My MLB picks feature George Springer, who looks to remain red-hot against his former team tonight, as well as Kyle Schwarber, who seeks to break out of a mini slump. I've also identified Max Muncy and Agustin Ramirez as players who could add to their home run tallies this evening.

Schwarber commanded the attention of the sports world late last month, clubbing four home runs during a rout of the Atlanta Braves. Unfortunately for the Philadelphia slugger, it's been all doom and gloom since that historic day.

The Phillies' designated hitter is in the midst of a homer drought ever since, but I'm banking on him breaking the slump tonight. Schwarber has already taken Mets hurler Sean Manaea deep in his career. New York's starter has been struggling in the dinger department lately too, surrendering at least one in four of his last six outings.

I'll take a flier on one of the sport's most prolific home run hitters at the +285 price the best MLB betting sites are offering. A $10 wager on Schwarber returns $28.50 in profit if he hits No. 50 tonight.

George Springer is in the midst of a relatively unprecedented run that's putting him in conversations alongside Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. To say he's been key to Toronto's ascendence to the top of the American League would be an understatement. Springer comes into the contest against his former team as one of the hottest hitters in the game - full stop.

The outfielder has managed three "Springer Dingers" across his last 10 outings, but it's his historical success against Houston starter Luis Garcia that gives us hope tonight. He's 3-for-7 against El Pasito Garcia in his career, with two of those hits leaving the yard. The Venezuelan gave up two homers in his season debut, so I expect him to struggle a bit again tonight.

A $10 flier on Springer to hit a four-bagger against his former teammates would yield a $33 profit. The +330 odds offered by FanDuel carry an implied probability of 23.26%.
